This week the struggles for the keto diet started on Friday evening.  I was hungry.  So I ate a ton of keto friendly foods cause the hunger wouldn’t stop.  Saturday I woke up with a craving for cinnamon toast.  Yikes.  Saturday turned into a white hot mess food choice wise.  Sunday is slowly coming back around.  I am looking forward to the work week because I am so much better at sticking to the plan during the week.


On a side note, Ryan won a trip to Vegas for the iHeartRadio Festival.  He plans on posting pictures on Instagram - @TravelAgentDad.

Weekly Wins

Kim - Amazing week until Friday evening came along to wreck the next day and a half.

Christy - I really wanted a snack tonight, not because I was feeling hungry in even the slightest bit, but just because I felt like eating.  I thought about the fact that I was going to eat for no reason and stopped myself. :)  That's my win!
